In this document, “Easy Squeegee” includes employees and subcontractors performing work on behalf of Easy Squeegee.
All work is guaranteed to be performed substantially as specified in the approved agreement. Easy Squeegee may refuse service and may withdraw a proposal after 30 days.
Customer Responsibilities and Limitations
- Easy Squeegee is not responsible for pre-existing scratched glass or window frames.
- Loose window coverings and items placed directly in front of windows must be secured or moved.
- Hard-water removal, stain removal, paint removal, interior skylights, and partition glass are not included unless listed in the agreement.
Razor Blades and Scrapers
Industry-standard scrapers may be used to remove debris from suitable glass. Customers who do not authorize scraper use must notify Easy Squeegee before work begins. Certain tempered or heat-treated glass can contain manufacturing debris that may scratch during normal cleaning. Easy Squeegee does not inspect glass microscopically for these defects.
Cancellation
Please provide at least three days' notice to cancel or change scheduled recurring service. Late changes may result in additional charges.
Electronic Communication
By using an account or requesting service, you consent to receive service-related communications electronically, including agreements, invoices, receipts, appointment notices, and account messages. You may withdraw consent by contacting Easy Squeegee, although paper processing may affect available account features.
Saved Payment Method
When you save a payment method in the customer portal, you authorize Easy Squeegee to charge that method for approved invoices related to scheduled service. You may remove or replace a saved card, but doing so does not cancel amounts already owed. Payment-card data is handled through the connected payment processor and is not stored in ordinary website notes or messages.
